The Brief

Making better sleep feel less like medicine and more like a treat.

Sugar Sweet Dreams is a concept for a melatonin-infused candy created to help people unwind before bedtime. The challenge was designing packaging that communicated trust and wellness while avoiding the clinical appearance commonly associated with sleep supplements. The goal was to create a brand that felt approachable, comforting, and enjoyable without losing credibility as a functional product.

The Process

Designing a brand that feels calm, comforting, and memorable.

The visual identity was built around the idea of peaceful sleep and gentle relaxation. A sleepy mascot became the centerpiece of the brand, creating an emotional connection while reinforcing the product's purpose. Soft pastel color palettes and rounded typography were selected to evoke calmness, while playful illustrations kept the product feeling like a delicious bedtime treat rather than a traditional supplement. The packaging was designed with clear information hierarchy, allowing customers to easily identify the product while maintaining strong shelf presence. Every design decision—from color selection to layout and typography—was made to balance wellness, trust, and visual appeal.

Helping people look forward to bedtime by making sleep support feel comforting, approachable, and enjoyable.

The Result

Packaging that builds trust before the first bite.

The final concept successfully blends the worlds of confectionery and wellness into a cohesive brand experience. The playful identity captures attention on the shelf, while the calming visual language communicates relaxation and quality. The result is packaging that encourages customers to see their nighttime routine as a moment of comfort rather than another health supplement.
